JKBOSE Issues Important Circular for Class 10th, 11th & 12th Bi-Annual 2024 (Private) Exams
Jammu, 23 October 2024: The Jammu & Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE), Rehari Colony, Jammu, has issued an important circular for all Government and Private affiliated High/Higher Secondary Schools of Jammu Division.
This notice serves as a follow-up to Notification No. F (Secrecy I/II/III-Noti. Int/Ext.)B/JD/24 dated 23 August 2024, regarding the submission of Internal/External Assessments for the Class 10th, 11th, and 12th Bi-Annual 2024 (Private) session.
The board has directed all school heads to re-check the records of candidates whose Admission-Cum-Permission forms have been submitted. They are required to ensure that any pending internal/external assessment marks are submitted to the Secrecy Wing of JKBOSE by 28 October 2024 (Monday) without fail.
Schools failing to comply with the deadline will be held solely responsible for any consequences arising from their negligence, and the board warns of strict action in case of non-compliance.
Key Points from the Circular:
1. All affiliated schools must re-check student records and submit any pending assessment scores for internal/external exams by 28 October 2024.
2. Sub/Branch office heads of JKBOSE have been instructed to follow up with the schools under their jurisdiction and ensure the timely submission of the assessment scores.
3. The Assistant Secretary ITSS, JD, is requested to upload this notification on the official JKBOSE website.
Schools are urged to ensure that all procedures are completed according to the norms in place.
